You simply receive 10% of each sale that comes through you and 2% of any sale that comes through a friend who also chooses to become an Independent Sales Rep through you.
You receive products at a 15% discount. Because of this discount, many Reps purchase more than their initial samples so that they can have jewelry for immediate sales at their shows. |

When do I earn my commission? Your commissions will accrue. We pay commissions to you on the first of each month, when your commissions accrue to $50 or more. *
* If you cease to be an Independent Sales Rep, any unpaid accrued commission balance will be paid to you.
Can I track my sales?
Yes, you can login to our website under Member Login anytime using your unique username to track your sales and track your commissions. You have access to your sales records 24/7 and you receive an automated email each time an order is placed on our website by one of your contacts when they insert your commission referral code on our homepage.
Are there additional earning opportunities with Compelling Creations? Certainly. By wearing and sharing our designs, your friends will also want to participate. Share the business opportunity with others and you will receive 2% commissions on the sales of Reps that you refer to our program.* This additional commission begins to accrue as soon as they join and make a sale.
* To ensure that you receive credit, your referral will need to input your unique 6-digit commission code when they join so that we can match their sales to your business.
Are there sales requirements, quotas or minimum monthly sales requirements? We have two basic requirements:
- We require that you purchase a starter kit at your 15% discount which includes 28 jewelry designs, 14 necklaces, 2 ornaments/sun catchers, and 100 marketing postcards. This simply helps you get started. Many Reps choose to purchase much more than the best sellers in the starter kit to have a wider array of samples.

- Our program requires you have access to a computer with internet capabilities, because you must input your orders via our website to trigger your commission code.
Other than launching your business with the starter kit, there are no sales requirements, quotas or minimums to meet to generate your commission on your sales.
How is Compelling Creations different from other direct sales jewelry companies? Hmmm….let us count the many, many ways! In two words: creative freedom.
- Your 6 digit code is all you need! Anyone anywhere in the United States can order directly from our website and when they insert your unique 6-digit code onto our homepage – their order automatically triggers your commission. You receive an email each time an order is placed so you can track your sales and see where the sales come from.
- No distribution necessary! We ship directly to your customer when their order is placed online. We suggest having a computer accessible to the internet at a jewelry party in order for you or your guests to input their order right there and then. Their credit card is charged so no money is exchanged and you have no distribution headaches! (All orders are tied to your unique 6-digit commission code, so each order requires this code to be simply input on our homepage. It immediately links the order to you.) Your show is “your gift shop” so set it up the way you find pleasing and the way it will work for you. Three ways to take orders:
- Have a computer accessible to the internet at the party and have your guests input their own order with payment/shipping information right there and then.
- Have your guests fill out a written order form with their payment/shipping information. You then input their individual orders after the show and we will ship directly to your guests, or…
- You accept payment from your guests directly. After the party input the entire party’s order under your name and billing information and we will ship directly to you so you can personally distribute to your friends.
Whichever works for you or your situation!
- Just a web link is all it takes! Do you have a website, Facebook® or MySpace®? When you join as an Independent Sales Rep, you will receive a unique HTML link in your electronic Welcome Letter. Simply copy and paste this link to your site and your commission code will automatically be triggered when someone links through to us and orders. Think big - think out of the box!
- Purchase and resell. Independent sales reps can purchase jewelry at a 15% discount for personal use, but you can also resell at local craft shows, church bazaars, or at your own home shows. You are free to set your own selling price as you see fit, but we strongly suggest the retail prices on our website.
- We keep our prices as low as possible. At first glance our low prices may not seem like a fast way to build a large commission check, but just as God often works counter to our human understanding… so is the way we market. We want to be inclusive with our high quality jewelry so that anyone can afford to wear and share the messages. With our prices set as low as possible, you’ll find that many guests won’t order just one piece of a particular design, but they will buy dozens of one design to share with friends and family.
