Q: Do your prices fluctuate with the market?
A: Yes. Sterling silver is a precious metal so as the market value increases, the prices of my jewelry will slightly fluctuate from year to year.

Q: What is your Faith Jewelry made from?
A: Most of my Faith jewelry is made using .925 sterling silver. In some designs, I also will use enamel, stones, or a touch of brass. In its natural state, pure silver is very soft, so it is often alloyed with copper for strength. All of our sterling silver items are marked with the number ".925". The number .925 means that the alloy is at least 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper. This quality stamp is your assurance of the pieces' integrity. I say “most of my jewelry” because we are beginning to experiment with a few pewter gift items.

Q: Where else can we find your products?
A: A few of my Faith jewelry designs are featured in the The Abbey Press Catalogs, Femail Creations Catalog, and boutiques nationwide, (and in The Republic of Ireland). Many camps and private schools carry my custom jewelry under private labels. You can meet me and purchase my jewelry at many conferences and conventions nationwide such as MOPS, Hearts At Home, NCEA, or other religious education conferences. Q: How do I care for my Faith Jewelry?
A: With proper care, your jewelry will last a lifetime. Your sterling silver jewelry should be stored in a cool, dry place to avoid oxidation. A good idea is to keep your jewelry in a ziplock bag. Or an anti-tarnish bag when not in use. Do not store your silver directly on wood, which often contains acids that can affect silver's finish. Avoid exposing your silver to household chemicals when cleaning with bleach or ammonia, or when swimming in chlorinated water, as these chemicals can damage silver. You can purchase polishing cloths to keep the shine topnotch. These are shown on the “Chains, etc.” page of the shopping section.

A: Pewter will not oxidize like sterling silver, but it can also stain from acids and certain chemicals. Pewter can be washed in warm soapy water using mild detergent and can be polished occasionally using pewter polish if pewter becomes dull. Most of our pieces will be created in a satin finish which is a flat look that is top coated with lacquer.
